Greymark construction has worked on numerous historic homes, including the Dealey home built in 1874 and a variety of projects in the Historic Heights (1900-1920). Our work includes a commercial renovation and restoration of a 1920 residence at 4301 Yoakum, returning the structure it to its original grandeur and luster. The building features a basement, something quite unusual in Houston even for modern homes.

Greymark has received a Texas Lone Star award for Best Historic Renovation.
